Wow, you’re really pushing a limit on those ones…..LOL. How many grains and what was the nozzle size and the grain size as well. I believe you need to straighten out your stick balance-it messes up the flight big time.

I used plumbing …
I used plumbing pipe, threads on both ends, one end capped off, then i poured melted KNO3/Sugar into the pipe untill full, used a 12mm steel rod to make a hole in the centre of the fuel,let it cool down,take the rod out, used a pipe reducer fitting,with a 12mm hole for the nozzle, no fancy nozzle, then insert electric igniter deep into the hole.Swith power on and run…

Then you’re not doing it right. I am surprised the rocket didn’t explode, though. You need several grains, not a single monolite grain, you’ll get CATO’s like that.
