Maryland Roofing Services: Asphalt Shingle Repairs

This is a follow up from our previous video entitled “Md Roof Leak Repair: Estimate For Leaky Pipe Collars”, where we actually perform the repairs, including:

1. Removal of old leaking pipe collars and replacement with new neoprene/aluminum pipe collar units.

2. Replacement of asphalt shingles around pipe collars, resealing with Geocel Tripolymer Sealant.

3. Resealing of bathroom fan vent cover.

4. Resealing of heater flu pipe.

5. Fixing and resealing miscellaneous nail “pops”.

6. Re-attaching metal ridge vents with new screws (instead of nails) and sealing with Geocel.

7. Tightening gutter spikes and cleaning gutters of major debris.
