The pixel lock …
The pixel lock buton is where your layers is right underneath the drop down menu where it says NORMAL. it looks like a little grid.

thanks for the tutorial. your resolution is bad so i cannot see the exactly what you are doing. also if you would name the buttons or selections you were doing..example..the brush nobody likes?? what is the name of the that brush?
